    I really appreciate how Dr. Shan runs her practice. I’m able to make an appointment within one day of emailing her. Dr. Shan is always punctual, very rarely have I ever had to wait. She listens to my concern and is very knowledgeable and receptive.

    Dr Shan is kind, a great listener and really takes the time to figure things out. We have been so happy with her ability to be punctual but not rushed. The clinic is so much more efficient than before. I appreciate her saturday openings and all through the pandemic she was opened.

    Very efficient. I can get in within the hour when I am sick. I find she works really hard at helping you when you are really sick and even when you don’t understand something she educates you. I really appreciate her not taking on more patients in order to care for who she has. I am lucky.

    So happy with Dr Shan! She called me at 11pm on the weekend to tell me about a critical result. She has been so thorough and even when I come with so many issues she prioritizes them and sorts through them. I feel very lucky to have her taking care of me and my children.

    I am shocked at the reviews below. Dr Shan is an amazing and dedicated doc. Who calls someone off a wait list to tell them they are not accepted? The review below is seriously messed up.
    I find her so thorough and complete. She is always punctual and doesn’t waste a moment with bettering your health. She is on top of results and referrals. I find I am lucky to have her. I hope she remains as such for the rest of her career and doesn’t burn out doing her 200%.

    The worst Doctor in my lifetime! Does not listen, very self opinionated really does not care about her patients and their health. All she wants is to get you out of her office as fast as she can so she can see as much patients so to collect the $$$$$.
    Also, ver un professional, asking personal questions un related to the issue.
    I left her and now much happier with the new doctor and with better service!

    My husband & son where on a waiting list all year for Dr Sulochana Shanmuga I haven’t heard from them this whole time.so today I call & can’t even leave a message due to the message saying I either have to call back between 9-12 or email but they say the email so fast I had to call 3 times to get it! I just get an email back today stating that this Dr . Saying he’s no longer keeping a waiting list! How rude & disrespectful is that! The least they can do is call each person that have also been hopefull & waiting for a spot & tell them this! I know they had my husband & sons name & phone number! Even their website still says “accepting new patients” shows you how we’re just a number! They only care about themselves & the bottom line!
    This really isn’t good in a community that should be here for each other especially in a pandemic!

    Dr Shanamugathasan was my mother’s doctor until my Mothers death in February.
    I found her to be extremely caring, competent and thorough.
    She took great care of my Mother, never treating her as a 90 year old, but rather as a woman with many years left, and did her best to ensure optimal quality of life. She was so pleasant to deal with and my Mother really appreciated her kindness and sincerity.
    We can’t thank Dr Shan enough for her excellent care
