Terrible, arrogant docter. Only wants to get you registered and then when you have issues, need months of prodding to refer to a specialist. She will always say she is looking into something and never does. Plays with your health and assumes she knows it all. Receptionists never pick up the phone, take forever (days to a full week) to get back to you, and only want to get you to come in for pap tests and not look at other issues in the office. My mother asked for a test and she put her on a colonoscopy mailing list – which is what she didn’t want, not even taking into consideration the false positive because of her meds’ side effects. Terrible. If she doesn’t want to address sick people’s concerns she should go peddle her version of trade in a cannabis dispensary or give botox to neighborhood Karens.

Dr Cheung is a nice person but not a great doctor. Her anti-fat bias is present in the way she treats patients who aren’t straight sized. She, like many other doctors, doesn’t take fat peoples health seriously and is quite negligent because of that

I’ve been going to Dr Cheung since my early 20s and at the time she was a new doctor in the medical office. I switched to Dr Cheung from a previous doctor who was always rushing me and cutting our appointments short.

Dr Cheung is very easy to talk to and asks questions to get more details that I would not have thought were relevant or I forgot to mention. She never makes me feel rushed and I feel listened to.
    Highly recommend her!

I had a first patient phone consultation with Dr. Cheung when I was looking for a new family physician. After I picked up the phone, she starts to ask me a lot of very personal questions, including my marital status, my husband’s name, and his occupation. I am a little uncomfortable about it but answered anyways since she said she just want to know me better. To make the conversation, I asked if she is married since she just asked me. To my shock, she answered with “NONE OF MY BUSINESS”. She was very rude. For the very least,
She could answer such as “I am not comfortable to share”. If she didn’t want to say anything to begin with, she shouldn’t ask my marital status. Plus, what my husband’ full name and occupation have anything to do with my medical care. I would not recommend her given her rude attitude.
