Dr Derek is an excellent doctor. He is so patient that he listens to my needs all the time. He is extremely professional in terms of well organizing my treatment plan. For example, he did not only treat my hypertension problem, but also planned to dig out the root causes by checking all possible factors and taking action in short term and long term. He is very helpful because he is able to explain the complex medical conditions clearly using a very plain English. He is very knowledgeable and he is keen at offering me, a patient, an education on the health and well-being basics. He is punctual in the appointment. His staff are very nice and responding calls in a rapid fashion.
