This office has long been in a state of mess from the staff to the rotating doctors.
Daniel Paluzzi was not favourable addition to the staff.
He has no empathy; no interpersonal skill, no manner, no time for you “i’ve read your file”; ego bigger than is life experience, shouldn’t be a practicing family doctor.

-tried to escape him after 19 years of wonderful service with Alex Klein … then Covid happened and gave up, and took to walk-ins when I could because he wasn’t worth my 53 years of life to waste on his poor practice.

    – he “fired me” last March — thankful, as I was sick of hearing at every face to face meeting, “i’m not alex” and “i’ve read your file” … The latter of which I find hard to believe Never once got up from behind his glass desk to take any hands-on attention to bodily issues or concerns.

    – I hung up on him during a phone appt, a year ago, one to which he’d cancelled the initial call on.
My l.t. anxiety and depression issues were at a peak (Covid, work-covid issues etc., my diabetes, iron levels, testosterone, bp etc) I was extremely fatigued and tired. I’d been home ill, and up all night reporting by email my employer to Toronto Health regarding Covid protocol issues, and lack there of. I was talking about my work situation and my mental health/anxiety due to circumstances at the time. He kept trying to end the call short – my discussion led to expletives as a verb, and nothing to due with him, my employer was the object of them… and his words to me “I can’t help you with work, is there anything medical I can do” I hung up on him. 4 days later, he “fired” me in a letter. No loss.

Still haven’t reported him to the College of P&S but, intend to and encourage others to do so. This man won’t HELP heal you, he’ll hurt you.

    — bottom line. AVOID HIM. I’d advise the same if he had a Grinder profile, because it’d be about like everything else “me me me me” and his immense ego of himself behind a mask of a supposed care giver.

The only decent thing about the office were the nurse PT who helped me… Oh ya and they and I diagnosed an issue correctly but, the not so good Dr called to say they were wrong… then called back to say, we were right, after he mis-prescribed me meds didn’t need as the previous Nurse and alternate Dr saw, prescribed the right protocol prior to his wrong diagnosis.
