Dr Anjali prescribed a generic skin medicine within minutes of speaking to me; it was basically, yes any kind of acne or scaring its this. My skin is sensitive and this gave me a rash or burn on my chest, an enormous rash or burn that hasn’t subsided for about 10 days. I called in for an appointment and they offered me mid December, 5 weeks out at the earliest. I tried to explain that if they can’t guarantee me this isn’t going to get worse or scar than i cant wait that long but reception insistent the Doctors don’t cover for each other. I got pretty angry about the entire experience but I can tell this happens a lot because they really couldn’t care less. In summary my experience with this clinic was a prescription without a face to face visit or any real qualifying questions, a painful side effect I need to seek treatment for on my own, and zero follow through from the clinic. I will avoid this doctor and this clinic at all cost.
