I had an IME done in 2017 for Certas.
I told him I had injuries to my thoracic area. I don’t think he knew where that was on a human body. In his report he stated I was “sensitive to perceived slights and malingering” and that my diagnosis did not fit the DSM-5 . As if he is astute enough to know more than the authors of the DSM-5. You are a joke Dr Zielinsky!

No mention of the thoracic area in his final. I don’t think he could even spell “thoracic.”
He also got real snarky when I outwitted him in the interview.

I have a case that has been going on for over 6 years with TD Desjardins. While I was sick they sent “white vans” to follow me used this “Doctor”(loser is correct) to slander me with a company called D and D Medical management. I thought I was going crazy but we found out TD Desjardins was following me and using video surveillance if the “white vans”.
It wasn’t enough to use an old failed Slug of a Doctor to lie and alter a medical report for their benefit. They had to include video taping .
The Arbitrator stated it was “entirely within their right to video record your activities”.
Makes one wonder who he actually worked for!

The principal of the company is a Susan Robillard which Nestor Zielinsky appears to have some kind of personal relationship with.

No Wonder his License wasn’t reviewed in 2021.

Dr Zielinski has a degree from Argentina in 1973 lol. That degree is worthless and he even admitted it under cross-examination and likely not equivalent to a highschool diploma here.

If you look at the CPSO website it took him 10 years to be certified here in Canada in 1983.

He has been known to falsify medical records for the purpose of denials, doesn’t write the reports he claims to write ( he uses a ghost writer and various templates ) of claims and has been chastised by arbitrators as “not credible” but always appears to “show up” as a witness for the defense paid more that $10,000 dollars a day. He arns more than the Arbitrator and Plaintiff and Defense lawyers combined.
He has no there work than for State Farm, Wawanessa, Certas, Desjardins, Maritime Life, AXA, Zurich, etc.

When we found out he had colluded with Certas via order. I wanted him charged with Medical Fraud.

Dr Zielinski got stuck in a theme and would not relent. He claimed he was more experienced then all the other insurance company doctors who examined me before. After 2 hours of foul language an, swearing and intimidation I began reliving sexual assault trauma by a manager at my work. I knew something was not right and .my head hurt very bad and I blacked out when I went home.
I am so angry my employer sent me to see this man to deny I was sexually assaulted at work. Now I am seeing a lawyer and reported it to the Police.

And I take great offence with how he attacked my credibility and the credibility of my doctor who is far more experienced and has never resorted to the Devil’s work denying the sick and injured benefits they pay to the Insurance company.
    
    Mark my words and have your lawyer obtain full disclosure from the Insurance company and this man’s entire record and you will see how “loving” he is for his Master’s .
    
    My doctor also isn’t listed as a “witness” for the defence is 75 cases on Canlii.org.
    
    Look for yourself. He is well known as a “paid informant”.

Was constantly interrupting me while I was trying to explain. Was raising his voice and accusing me of “ripping off the insurance company”.
I began to cry then accused me of shedding “crocodile tears”. Said he was Independent but communicated with State Farm before I even set foot in his office with Sibley and associates for denial .
When my lawyer got an order for documents and we reviewed the communication, the case was “eagerly” settled out of court by State Farm

Zielinski didn’t apply for a license from the college in 2021. I wonder why.

  When my lawyer obtained his T4 and invoices we found out how much money he makes. Hundreds of thousands of dollars per year and $11,000 per day working as a “Expert Witness” for the defence .
  
  He made more than the Arbitrator and both lawyers on either side combined.
  
  He is also known to work for 20 different Insurance Companies and was suspect of using a template to write his “report”
  
  When cross examined I almost burst out laughing when the arbiter asked if Dr Zielinski is the only witness “State Farm is ever going to call”. LOL

  I had an IME done in 2008 by this doctor and in 2012 by another Dr Ronald Fenton which was ok.
  
  I didn’t think Dr Zielinsky was real doctor either. He claimed I was “sensitive to perceived Injustices” and “paranoid”.
  
  Appears to be his “go to ” diagnosis. Have your lawyer get an order for his T4 , look up all cases with his name on it. He isn’t credible and likely why he gave up his license, and it will reveal who he works for Direct IME and Andrea Dime. Another fraudster 3 Rd party along with Sibley and associates his other employer and D and D Medical Management.
