    I’ve been at that clinic since birth. I was with Dr. Maxwell for over 25 years before he retired. Had 0 issue with staff and physician back then. Ever since he has retired and new staff was hired its been hell to even come in contact with clinic or even getting proper professional care.

    In person, on phone, any services they offer is un professional and disrespectful and expect respect in return. Their conduct is unfair, disrespectful and vexatious, they are overwhelmed and offer insufficient care and services.

    If you have had medical issues with this doctor, improper care or unacceptable service from staff or any unprofessional medical assistance hear is where you can speak up and adress your issues your concerns. If we don’t speak up, nothing will change all of us and our newer generation to come will not be able to get proper medical care. There has to be positive respectful and professional changes to be made in that clinic as there is only a few clinics in Hawkesbury.
