Bedside Manner

Dr Mandy Tam appears nice but is very blunt. Normally this would be appreciated, however when her knowledge regarding your medical history is minimal, and her guidance is incorrect, her credibility is lacking.
Punctual, yes!
Bedside Manner: Good!

Office/staff— secretary has no social skills. I won’t go on about this women. She makes it for a very negative experience. Nurse who shows you to your room and takes your information— has a big chip on her shoulder. Perhaps I may be too if I was a nurse to “help people “ and her job entails 45 seconds of typing and speaking with the patient in a kind and empathetic manner. She can’t even do that right.
If she would loose the chip and be kind to patients, she may be appreciated a little more.

Environment is clean and not over crowded at all.

I’m stuck with this doctor right now but am searching for a new one ASAP.
