Dr. Sharaf is very gentle and caring. She continually asks about my family, history, and really tried to find underlying issues when it comes to my health. I really appreciate her attention to detail and the fact that she is patient with me and all my questions. I would most certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a gastroenterologist referral in the city.

Unfortunately I have never met Dr. Sharaf since our visits have been virtual only. However, her calming reassuring voice gives a sense of having a caring specialist a phone call away. She takes her time to gather facts and accordingly gives recommendations. She encouraged me on modifying my life style to improve my liver function. I succeeded in losing few pounds and feel better about myself and my health. She has not cancelled on me and has taken my issues seriously. I am happy my GP referred me to her. Dr.Sharaf arranged with the pharmacy to send me the treatment in a very timely manner.

I waited 5 months for an appointment. She cancelled two days before because she was going on vacation. She rescheduled for 3 months later.

I had to complain to my health care provider. She then set up a telephone call appointment for this past Friday afternoon.

She did a NO SHOW. No call, no nothing. Not even a call to apologize or to reschedule.

I guess that’s why she has such poor ratings.

Go elsewhere.
