My mom has been at Lakeridge Oshawa for over 2 weeks and Dr Santin has been absolutely amazing. He really listens and takes the time to do everything he can. My mom “feels heard”. He is kind and genuinely cares. He is very responsive to the changes in my moms health and took actions when needed.So grateful for him,!

Dr. Santin has no beside manner. I ask him what was going on with my problems won’t give any kinda answer. I have been in the hospital for 4 days with no questions being answered. I have only asked him to come to the room one time and he won’t… his willingness to help is absolutely zero.

I was admitted in the ER for fever. I saw Dr. Santin at 2 am after admission. He was very thorough, kind and knowledageable. Undergoing chemo and having a fever is an emergency and he went through a detailed history and physical exam. I thoroughly appreciate the help Dr. Santin provided me.
