A few words to Hope Damien for her above review of Dr. Rachel Ruppel,

Hello Hope and others that may read or share my comments.

I am completely shocked at your experience. I have seen Dr Ruppel several times in the last 12 months and have seen and interacted with many top Physicians in my 60 years in both a professional capacity and a personal capacity. She is a very unique and special Physician.

When seeing any Doctor or medical professional I do my homework and bring a well prepared written list to best respect their very busy schedules and time in addition to our own.

Dr Rachel Ruppel is the epitome of a caring Doctor. She fully addresses all issues individually and thoroughly with a warmth and skill one can only learn from.

She is highly efficient in every facet of her practice and delivers a highly skilled and experienced treatment plan with the utmost warmth and concern.

In closing, I very highly recommend Dr Rachel Ruppel in absolutely every way and encourage others to seek this high level of professional treatment from a warm and kind Physician.

This i do from a perspective of a patient that has seen her multiple times in a course of approximately 12 months and will continue to seek her treatment.

I would never recommend Dr. Rachel Ruppell to anyone. After waiting months to see a dermatologist I finally got an appointment. She is the worst dermatologist ever she spent a total of 5 minutes with me. I kept trying to explain my concerns to her. She didn’t properly assess what my problem was. All she cared about was putting me on antibiotics. I visited her again after finishing the antibiotics she put me on only for her to put me on another round of antibiotics. She didn’t even listen to my concerns. Didnt even analyze my skin condition to figure out what the problem might be. I even brought up another concern I had and she dismissed it indicating that we should focus on one issue at a time. Being a minority I just felt like I didn’t receive the same quality of medical care as others. I was rushed out without proper assessment. I’m extremely disappointed and will never go back to her.
