Can she & or you make a request from the DAU to get all the forms emailed to her & myself in a PDF file format, so we could get them filled, & completed professionally?.

Will I still have to pay you an additional $70.00, even though OHIP has agreed to pay the Medical Professional, even more than what you are charging for your services?

I have been a patient of Dr. Qaderi for 2 years. She is kind, listens and is very efficient. Do not mistake efficiency for a lack of caring. She always takes a lot of notes (hence typing on the computer) and has used those clear and thorough notes to help diagnose an issue I had. She always offers multiple treatment options and even suggested natural remedies before a prescribed remedy. The staff is helpful and I have all my needs met at the clinic. Wait times are always reasonable.
