Bedside Manner

Personable and friendly but doesn’t listen very well. Please listen to your patients before coming up with your own conclusions. The answer may be right in front of you if you just listen. Maybe repeat back what someone says to help your listening skills and make them feel heard because when you don’t and say something else it makes patients feel like you aren’t understanding and can even effect patient care and treatment if you miss something important. Everyone can improve on something, even if you have “Dr.” in front of your name it doesn’t mean you can’t become better. Good doctor, just this issue.
