Extremely horrible experience…..the only good thing he did was refer me to another doctor.

I was referred to Dr. Kacheoi by the hospital after they exhausted numerous tests. I spent not even 15 minutes with Dr. Kacheoi and all he did was talk about my “weight”. My ankles were swollen like BALLOONS and I had extreme joint pain. He kept asking me over and over if my clothes were fitting tighter, because it was most likely weight related. I told him something was wrong, my clothes were fitting just fine and he refused to listen. Fast forward a few months later I now have a Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosis.
SUCH an awful experience with this doctor.

He’s awful. Would not recommend wasting your time. A shame that doctors still treat patients in such a poor, unfriendly, condescending and foul manner.

If you get a referral for him, do not go.
During my appointment with him, he first asked me why I was there and as I started to explain what was going on with me and some of my test results… he immediately interrupted me and disregarded my test results.

He did not pull up my charts or look over my file or review my recent bloodwork. He knew nothing about me, or my history. He did not look at my file or pull up anything while I was sitting in front of him. Instead, he decided to ask me about my weight and my mental health.

He told me he could not, and would not do anything for me as he believed my problems were related to my mental health. He then decided to tell me that I was depressed even though he said he was “not a psychiatrist or therapist”-this all in less than five minute span…. I am the happiest I have been, in years! Needless to say, he is just another male Doctor who gaslights women and what they are going through.
