Bedside Manner

I had my first appointment with Dr. Ibrahim today after a year of struggling with my health. before my appointment my first interaction with her receptionist with Heather was amazing! Heather was helpful, polite and very welcoming! Dr. Ibrahim also did not disappoint! She went over all my symptoms with me, was clear she didn’t have a definite answer but explained her thought process on what was going on as well as being understanding of how I am feeling and dealing with. She ensured I was understanding of what was discussed and what the plan was moving forward! Overall she is everything one would look for in a doctor!
