Extremely rude and unprofessional. Cant ask any additional questions without him getting upset. I couldn’t finish my sentence without getting interrupted. He is very inconsiderate towards his patients. I went somewhere else for a second opinion and came back to him to discuss this with him. He threw my papers without even looking cause he knows better. I’m appalled by his behavior. I was so upset, and this is my family doctor that suppose to help me.

I couldn’t book an appointment with my family doctor, so I had to wait for 2.5 hours to see the walk-in clinic doctor Eugene Bondarev.

After a quick examination, Dr. Bondarev didn’t find anything worthy of his attention.

He dismissed my claims of terrible throat pain, inability to swallow any solid food, and sleep deprivation due to nonstop pain.

My tonsils were red and swollen,
and I noticed little white dots on the uvula and on the back of the throat.

When I asked for an antibiotic prescription he said I don’t have a bacterial infection.
He didn’t take a swab off my throat.
The result may prove him wrong.

When I asked for a diagnosis, he said: “It is some kind of virus”

All he suggested, was over-the-counter medicine, which I had already been taking.

I was surprised by Dr. Bondarev’s indifference to my claim and his mediocre professional
knowledge.
It cost me 3 days and nights of suffering pain till I received a prescription from another walk-in clinic doctor.
